This coastal village is called Hondeklip Bay (which translates to Dog Stone bay). The property is
within walking distance from the beach. This unspoilt coastal village is in the Namaqua district of
the Northern Cape in South Africa

During the flower season the whole area is covered in the most beautiful wild flowers which
attracts visitors from far and wide.

The stand can be divided into 8 smaller stands of 525sq m which could be sold for R200 000
($  --(Phone number)--  Pounds) each, should you want to do that. The other potential of this land is that it
is the perfect spot to build holiday chalets for the many tourists that visit every year.

Some popular tourist attractions are the old lighthouse which is still in use, the old crayfish factory
and numerous walking trails leading to caves with bushman drawings. . Crayfish is in abundance
and there is always a whale to see on the horizon. Local fisherman sell freshly caught crayfish for
as little as R20 (1 dollar each).

Hondeklip Bay is the photographers dream, not only for the flowers but also for the numerous
shipwrecks. The Aristea was once a fishing trawler belonging to I&J. It survived WWII but not the
mishandling by her tipsy captain along the shores of Hondeklip Bay. She ran aground on the 4th
July 1945.

Strolling along the beach away from the village will give you a feeling that you are alone in the
world as you will not see another human being for days – only sun, sea and sand
